Below are the instructions if you want to move forward and secure this spot and price. Deposit of $250 must be received by May 2nd.

INFORMATION NEEDED FROM EACH TRAVELER TO BOOK ROOMS/FLIGHTS:

note: Please email the following information to Newton@NxlevelTravel.com 

1) Full name as it appears EXACTLY on passport

2) DOB

3) Email Address 

4) Contact Number for lead traveler only 

5) Roommate(s) - All quotes are for 2 to 3 people in a room. 

6) Departure Airport (NOTE: Roommates must be departing from same airport.)

7) $250 Deposit per person. // All quotes are subject to change until a deposit is made. //

8) Travel insurance is always recommended, please consider. 

• Given the ever-changing global landscape, I recommend considering travel insurance. You can easily find several options online with a quick search. Browse and book a plan that suits you within 7 days of receiving the trip confirmation email. Ensure the plan covers COVID-19 cancellations or offers a "cancel for any reason" option.

• ALSO make sure the plan has medical relief that covers you anywhere from $10,000 - $50, 000 for any medical issues you may encounter including Covid.

Payment methods with NO FEES:

• Travel ZELLE to Bank Of America Account: Transfer payments electronically online using newton_dennis@yahoo.com

• Travel VENMO App: Send Payment to Newton Dennis #NxlevelTravel. (note: When you send the payment, do NOT "turn on for purchases" or Venmo will subtract a small percentage from your payment. Just send the regular way to avoid the fee).

Payment methods w/ FEES:

• Travel PAYPAL App/Account: (add 3.1% paypal fee) and send payment to newton.dennis06@gmail.com // For example, if your payment is $200 then multiply $200 x .031  to get the additional fee. ($200 x .031 = $6.20 fee which means you would send $206.20)

• Travel CASH APP: (add 2.75% paypal fee) and send payment to $NxlevelCash06 // For example, if your payment is $200, then multiply $200 x .0275 to get the additional fee. ($200 x .0275 = $5.50 fee, which means you would send $205.50)

• note: all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable 

 

Many of our travelers prefer these methods to avoid accumulating small fees from multiple payments. Additionally, electronic payments provide a clear record, ensuring no discrepancies for either party.

After each payment, we will send an email receipt for your records.
